Are there still active members of the KKK?

I was watching a silly little video of a fight on Jerry Springer between members of the KKK and a Jewish guy that is only about 20 years old. It just made me wonder if there are in fact still active members of the KKK and is it legal? 'Cause obviously it shouldn't be.
