Who do you think turned all these 48 Pokemon into Shadow Colosseum in Pokemon Colosseum?

In my opinion, I say that Ein had something to do with it. He works at the Shadow Pokemon Lab and he claims he's the chief. Could you believe that my assumption is correct? It could've been Ein. First, I thought it was Gonzap based on regular Pokemon where you can't catch other trainer's Pokemon because it was against the Pokemon league rules and I'm wondering if that made them into Shadow Pokemon based on what I heard from the internet and then from what I saw in the game, I could've believed it was EIN. Or maybe it could've been Cipher Head Evice.
