My 6 month old springer puppy is being spayed today, what can i expect when she returns later?

You are definitely worrying for nothing. She will be fine :) She will be sore and tired and will probably just want to sleep. Just make sure you don't let her get too rambunctious during recovery as she could split her stitches. She will be just fine :)
