Am i the only one who noticed this on Jerry Springer?

Every time there is a fight on jerry springer or something that gets the crowed started there is always a guy in the background that screams out in a low voice "YYYEAAA!!" ITS IN LIKE EVERY EPISODE AND ITS THE SAME GUY! it drives me NUTS! and none of my friends or family seem to hear it. am i going insane ??
